I love this corner shop! Ever since Cody's closed down, Telegraph Flowers has brought color & cheer to the beloved eyesore that is Telegraph Avenue. The selection is unique and fresh, and the prices are excellent. The florists (esp. the "crazy hair" lady) are generous with their arrangements, and will not begrudge you an extra flower or filler, free of charge, to fill out your bouquet.
